Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with jl01's data disposal procedures.

The jl01 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jl01 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. If jl01 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jl01 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, jl01 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with jl01's Terms & Conditions.
